The Avenues Crofton Park is an award-winning 55+ community located in Broomfield, Colorado, midway between Boulder and Denver. Concordia on the Lake is a 217-unit independent living community for adults 62+ located a short distance outside of Denver in Littleton, Colorado. The project consists of 195 apartments and 22 cottages with 16 different floorplan options available, as well as an event center and walking paths to nearby Johnson Lake.
Derry Crossroads
Derry Crossroads is a 98-acre multi-use site located 45 miles east of downtown Pittsburgh in Derry Township, Pennsylvania. The project offers commercial, industrial and residential sites and unique features.
Clear Creek Square
Clear Creek Square is an urban renewal redevelopment located in downtown Golden, Colorado. McBroom Company served as developer, manager, and exclusive sales and leasing agent for the project, consisting of 80,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space, a three-story parking garage and 78 urban condominiums.
Empire Staple Company
McBroom Company provided brokerage and asset management services for Empire Staple Company, successfully representing them in the sale of their former headquarters in the Central Platte Valley to Trammell Crow for $12 million, and in the purchase of the company’s 62,000-square-foot headquarters for $7.6 million in Crossroads Commerce Park.
Air Sciences
Air Sciences is an air quality consulting firm based in Golden, Colorado; Portland, Oregon; and Los Angeles, California. McBroom Company provided brokerage services, successfully representing Air Sciences in securing a new 8,600-square-foot lease for their office in Golden, Colorado.
