DENVER, Colo. — McBroom Company, a Denver-based real estate investment, development, brokerage and management firm, announced that Keystone Foam Corporation has purchased 2.9 acres within Derry Crossroads, a 98-acre multi-use development site in Derry, Pennsylvania.

The purchase allows Keystone Foam to expand its manufacturing facility contiguous to the sale site. Based in Loyalhanna, Penn., Keystone Foam has manufactured foam products for bedding, furniture and packaging industries since 1983.

Located 45 miles east of downtown Pittsburgh, Derry Crossroads offers sites for commercial, industrial and residential development. The Derry Crossroads on the Stemmler Farm property is unique for its distinct location on State Route 982 between Routes 30 and 22, no zoning restrictions, and access to all utilities, including city, well and spring water sources.
