The project, developed and managed by McBroom Company, consists of 195 apartments bordering Johnson Lake with 16 different floorplan options available. Concordia on the Lake also offers a wealth of resident amenities, including common areas with fireplaces in each apartment building, community kitchens and private dining rooms, libraries, a fitness center, a movie theater, and a beauty salon and barber. The community was McBroom Company’s inaugural demonstration of the Senior Boutique Living model, which we later expanded through development of The Avenues Crofton Park 55+ community.
