Clear Creek Square is an urban renewal redevelopment located in downtown Golden, Colorado. The project, consisting of 80,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space, a three-story parking garage and 78 urban condominiums, was completed in 2008.

McBroom Company served as developer, manager, and exclusive sales and leasing agent for the property, in addition to providing brokerage and asset management services.
